KA220 - Cooperation partnerships (ADU, HED, SCH, VET, YOU) 

2021

The following sections are available in projects carried out under KA220 - Cooperation Partnerships, call year 2021, and can be managed: 

  • Details - Shows the basic project information, such as Applicant Organisation ID, National Agency, project title, etc. 
  • Participating organisations - Allows you to manage the participating organisations in your project.
  • Associated persons - Allows you to manage the project contacts and their access rights.
  • Project management and implementation - Allows you to record costs for project management activities.
  • Transnational project meetings - Allows you to manage the details for Transnational Project Meetings.
  • Multiplier events - Allows you to manage the details for Multiplier Events.
  • Learning, Teaching and Training activities - Allows you to manage the details for Learning, Teaching and Training Activities and their individual participants. 
  • Project results - Allows you to manage the Project results of your project.
  • Special Costs - Allows you to manage the special costs incurred by the organisations participating in the project.
  • Fewer Opportunities - Allows you to add and edit information regarding the fewer opportunities encountered by certain participants in your project.
  • Budget - Provides an overview of the awarded and reported budget and where applicable, allows you to provide additional details in relation to certain grants requested for the project.
  • Reports - Allows you to submit the final beneficiary report.

2022 onward

The following sections are available in projects carried out under KA220 - Cooperation Partnerships, call year 2022 onward, project and can be managed:

  • Details - Shows the basic project information, such as Applicant Organisation ID, National Agency, project title, etc. 
  • Participating organisations - Allows you to manage the participating organisations in your project.
  • Associated persons - Allows you to manage the project contacts and their access rights.
  • Work Packages - Allows you to manage work packages and their activities.
  • Budget - Provides an overview of the awarded and reported budget and where applicable, allows you to provide additional details in relation to certain grants requested for the project.
  • Periodic or Progress reports - Allows you to complete and submit a Periodic/Progress report, if requested by the National Agency. Availability of these sections depends on the call year of your project, available from Call 2023 onward. They are only displayed if a report was requested by the National Agency.
  • Reports - Allows you to submit the final beneficiary report. Availability of this section depends on the call year of your project.
