This page explains how to access the granted projects for your organisation and how to open a project from this list.
My Granted Projects displays projects in relation to grant/accredited grant applications, which have been selected for funding, for which a grant agreement has been concluded with your relevant National Agency and to which you have been granted access (edit or view).
In the main menu of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps platform select Projects and then My Projects.
The My Granted Projects screen opens, displaying the Project list with all projects to which you have access.
If you have already opened a project, you can return to the project list from anywhere inside your project by clicking on the Project list button in the top right corner of the screen.
To customise searching for projects even further, click the More Filters button beside the Search field.
Once clicked, the search option row appears, containing fields and drop-down lists for each available column (1). To remove the search option row, click the Less Filters button (2).
In the example below, the word Solidarity is provided in the Project title search. Click away from the specific field, or click on the Search button on the top-right of the screen. The results list is filtered as per filter provided and displays all projects with the word Solidarity in the project title.
Note: For a more accurate result, it is advisable to use full words in the search field.
In the Grant Agreement No. search field, you can search for a project code, partial search is possible.
In the example below, the year "2022" has been inserted in the Grant Agreement No. search field. The results list will display all projects of call year 2022.
Note: For a more accurate result, insert as much detail as possible.
In the Project Start Date and Project End Date search fields, you can double-click and insert the day/month/year manually into the field, or click on the calendar icon (or single-click the search field) to choose the specific date.
In the example below, a unique date has been inserted into the Project Start Date and Project End Date search fields. The result list is filtered as per the specified dates.
The Duration (months) search drop-down lets you filter for the project duration. Select the duration in months from the drop-down list. Use the scrollbar to scroll to the maximum of 48 months. The results list will be updated as per your selection.
In this example, the result list displays projects with a duration of 30 months.
The Project Status search drop-down list contains the list of project status(es) as per the different stages of the project lifecycle, such as Project ongoing, Submitted, Final report - awaiting submission or NA validated. Use the scrollbar to choose more statuses.
The available filters can be combined.
Information
It is also possible to combine the Search field filter with one or more additional filters.
In the example below, the Project title and Duration (months) search field and drop-down options are populated, with the resulting project(s) displayed, based on both criteria.
To remove a specific search option, click the down arrow to the left of the main Search field and click the X icon beside the specific search option, to remove from the search criteria.
During the project lifecycle, the project status will change several times. The status is always displayed in the Project Status column of the project list and as a coloured badge in the header of the project details in Beneficiary module.
A project can have any of the below statuses during the project lifecycle, for example:
From the Project list you can open a project by clicking on the View icon.
