Are you an Applicant?

With calls for proposals, the European Commission selects – on a competitive basis – organisations or natural persons to implement projects co-financed by the EU that contribute to EU policy objectives.

To apply for a grant from the European Commission in the field of External Aid, you can search for a call for proposal on the International Partnerships website (previously EuropeAid), or on the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal (new). If you have already registered your organisation in e-Calls PADOR, you can search directly in e-Calls PROSPECT.

Please note that from the 13/03/2023, calls for proposals will also be published on the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal. The International Partnerships website will no longer be used for the publication of calls following a short transition period. There is no change for applying for a call, whether from the International Partnerships or Funding and Tenders Portal websites, as the call publication will redirect the applicant to complete the application for the call exactly as before in e-Calls PROSPECT.

You can search for a tender on the on the International Partnerships website (previously EuropeAid), or on the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal - Search for Funding and Tenders.

Tender Submissions - Service Contracts

Please note that all the Contractors for the current Framework Contracts SIEA 2018, AUDIT 2018, PSF 2019, EVA 2020, EVENTS 2020 and EOM 2021, have already been registered. So presently, no further registration is required for these Framework Contracts.

The registration procedure will be updated for future Framework Contracts, and the procedure will be communicated herein when available.

Submit a Proposal

Framework Contracts SIEA 2018, AUDIT 2018, PSF 2019, EVA 2020 and EVENTS 2020

Shortlisted Framework Contractors receive an invitation to submit a tender proposal via their account (MyArea) in the Funding & Tenders Opportunities Portal. After acknowledging the invitation, expressing willingness to participate in the tender, creating and submitting a proposal via eSubmission, the Contractors are automatically notified by OPSYS if the proposal submitted has been awarded, reserved or rejected by the Evaluation Committee.
