4. Support for the Portal



How to ask for support online?

Once logged-in to the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal, you can also click on the User Icon > IT Helpdesk option at the top right of the screen in the Portal to access the support page. On the support page, complete the online form and attach a screenshot (if required). The Support Helpdesk will get back to you as soon as possible.
