Ask for support on IT or Operational Aspects
For IT-related questions, permissions, or for support on operational aspects (procedures, logframes, interventions, communication with implementing partners, etc.) concerning the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal, please contact the:

How to ask for support online?
Once logged-in to the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal, you can also click on the User Icon > IT Helpdesk option at the top right of the screen in the Portal to access the support page. On the support page, complete the online form and attach a screenshot (if required). The Support Helpdesk will get back to you as soon as possible.
