Quality Label progress report

The purpose of the Quality Label progress report, part of the Accreditation Progress Report, is either:

  • to track the advances towards the objectives set upon applying for the lead role or
  • to check your continuous compliance with the European Solidarity Corps quality standards (host and support role).

Upon requesting an Accreditation Progress Report, the National Agency can choose to select this specific report type for each of the awarded quality label roles as part of the required reporting. Once the report can be completed in Beneficiary module, the dedicated sections regarding the Progress report(s) per role, as selected by the NA, will be available in the report form and must be filled in.

For the Lead role, the specific report is centered on objectives and will include all the objectives that were active at any moment during the reporting period. This can include objectives that have been closed in the meantime, for example as part of an exceptional Activity Plan update.

The Quality Label progress report can also be managed via a Structured monitoring visit.
