The purpose of the Erasmus Plan progress report (KA120) or Activity Plan progress report (KA150/ESC50 Lead role), part of the Accreditation Progress Report, is to track the impact of implemented mobility activities on organisational development of the accredited beneficiary organisation. Upon requesting an Accreditation Progress Report, the National Agency can choose to select this specific report type as part of the report. Once the report can be completed in Beneficiary module, dedicated sections regarding the Erasmus or Activity Plan progress will be available in the report form and must be filled in. The specific report is centered on the Erasmus/Activity Plan objectives and will include all objectives that were active at any moment during the reporting period. This can include objectives that have been closed in the meantime, for example as part of an exceptional Erasmus/Activity Plan update.
