This wiki has been created and is maintained by the Business Change Enablement team of the Procurement & Programme Management Solutions unit in the Directorate-General for Digital Services (DIGIT).

Our aim is to provide end-users of eProcurement services with exhaustive and high quality documentation. We document and communicate on systems that are currently in use, as well as on those that will come in the near future.

We value feedback from the community of users to help us better answer your needs. You can either put a comment on the wiki page itself, or even better, fill in a contact form from the Funding & Tenders Portal, by clicking on the Helpdesk button of the Support tab (see below). You can also contact the Helpdesk via email addressed to ec-funding-tender-service-desk@ec.europa.eu. They will forward your comments and suggestions to us.

If you require help or if you have a technical issue while using the portal, please always refer first to the Support page of the portal: click on Support from the menu bar (the tab turns yellow) and, after that, click on the Tenders button to view the information concerning support for tenders.

Besides viewing the popular support topics, you will find there 3 types of help: documentation resources (under Guidance & Manuals), FAQs, Support videos and intervention from the Helpdesk & Support Services. Click on the relevant button and then on the Tenders button.

When you click on the Helpdesk & Support Services button, you will be asked to fill in a contact form.

Remember to click on the Tenders button to view the information on procurement:

The Service Desk is available via email: ec-funding-tender-service-desk@ec.europa.eu

Support is only accessible by phone in case of emergency, when a technical problem would compromise submitting within the time limit for receipt of submissions.

Emergency phone number for eSubmission only: +32 (0)2 29 71063
