Log into the   Funding & Tenders Portal to have access to your personalized area.  Once logged in, you will be able to perform a number of actions within the portal.

EU Login provides a single sign-on to a large number of information systems available on the Funding & Tenders Portal.

To use the functions available on Manage my area, you must have an EU Login account:

• If you already have an EU Login account, you must use that one.
• To create an EU Login account ,  click on the Register an EU login account bu tton on the page, after selecting How to participate from the Guidance & documents tab of the main portal menu;  all you need is your name  and work e mail address.

EU Login is the new name for the previously used ECAS account (European Commission Authentication System) ; old account s co ntinue to work , there is no need to create new ones .

Click on the Sign in   button located at the top right of your screen:

It will redirect you to the EU Login page. Sign in with your credentials:

Once the sign in is completed, you will be redirected to the left side navigation menu with your personalized area .

Depending on your role (permissions), you will be able to access the data of your organisation, or data related to a specific public procurement procedure or to a procedure leading to a specific contract:

Click on the Register an EU login account bu tton on the page, after selecting How to participate from the Guidance & documents tab of the main portal menu:

It will redirect you to the EU Login page, where you can create your account:

Once your account is created and the sign in is completed, you will be redirected to your personalized area in the left side navigation menu.

EU Login is the European Commission user authentication service. It allows authorised users to access a wide range of Commission web services, using a single email address and password. The 2-factor authentication provides an extra level of security to your transactions, by registering a mobile device in the system.
