National Agency users can, from their project management system, request access as an Authorised user to an organisation registered in the Organisation Registration system (ORS)

When the National Agency user requests authorisation from their system, an email notification is sent to the existing authorised user(s) already registered for the organisation in ORS, informing them that the NA user is now added as an authorised user. 

In the Users tab of the Organisation details in the Organisation Registration system, all existing authorised users are displayed in the list of Authorised Users. A (newly added) NA user will be visible in the list and can be deleted.

For these authorised users, in the list, NA User (including the NA code) is displayed as the Role and System is shown in the column Approved by.
