There may be minor changes to the screen appearance and layout which are described on the updated page: How to complete the application form.
In this section of the application form you will be asked to provide budget information, necessary in order to calculate the total grant requested. You will also have an overview of the project budget.
The allocated grant depends on details such as the project duration, the country of registration of your organisation, whether you plan to include participants with fewer opportunities in your project and whether you wish to request exceptional costs to cover their participation.
The following types of costs can be requested for a solidarity project:
Our example below shows how to complete this part of your application form using a Solidarity Projects (ESC30-SOL) form.
You might have to use the scroll bar(s) to access all available information in the sections and subsections. Move between sections and subsections by clicking on them in the Content menu or use the arrow button ( → ) to move to the next section.
To gain additional space on your screen you can also close the Content menu using the collapse menu icon ( < ) or work in Full screen mode.
See How to complete the application form for details.
You must have successfully completed the Context section in your application form, indicating the project start date and duration and selecting your National Agency.
You must have successfully completed the Participating organisations section, specifying the applicant Organisation ID (OID) and contact persons per organisation.
If you are planning to request coverage of Coaching Costs, you must have answered Yes to the question Do you plan to have coaches supporting you in your project? in the About the Coach section of the application form.
Click on the About Your Project Budget option in the content menu. The About Your Project Budget screen opens.
The screen consists of several sections:
To learn how to work with cards, see the page How to complete the application form
Open each card in the About Your Project Budget screen by clicking on the Edit icon or the down arrow, and fill in the required information.
In the Project Costs card you will view the Total grant (EUR) allocated to cover the administrative costs related to the implementation of the project. The total Grant amount is calculated automatically based on the duration specified in the Context section of the form, and the Applicant's Country, retrieved from the Organisation ID specified in the Participating Organisations section.
The Coaching Costs card is only visible if, in the About the Coach section of the application form, you answered YES to the question Do you plan to have coaches supporting you in your project?.
The red vertical bar preceding the card and the status badge in the card header indicate the card is incomplete, as the necessary information for the calculation of the coaching grant has to be provided:
The Exceptional Costs card is only visible if you have answered YES to one or both of the following questions:
To request the coverage of exceptional costs:
You can select between the following cost types and each cost type can be added more than once:
The total Exceptional costs to support the participation of people with fewer opportunities who are a target group of the project cannot be higher than 7000 euros.
In our example below, both types of exceptional costs have been requested.
To remove an exceptional cost, click on the Delete (red bin) icon next to it, then click Yes in the confirmation pop-up.
At the bottom of the page the Budget Summary is displayed. It provides an overview of the requested grant per budget item as well as the Total (EUR) grant.
Review the budget and, if changes are required, correct the appropriate cost item in the relevant section of the About your project budget screen or in the previous sections of your application.
