In Beneficiary module, when adding or updating mobility activities in KA131 or KA171 projects, the Long-term mobility activity flag indicates if a mobility activity is organised as a physical long-term mobility activity according to the programme guide.

The flag is available in the Mobility activity section of the mobility activity details screen. 

For KA171 projects: 

  • If the Activity Type of the mobility activity is Student mobility for studies or Student mobility for traineeships, the flag Long-term mobility activity is selected by default and is editable. 

  • If the Activity Type of the mobility activity is Staff mobility for training or Staff mobility for teaching, the flag Long-term mobility activity cannot be selected.

When you tick this flag, the minimum and maximum values allowed for the Duration of mobility activity period (days) are adjusted as defined in the programme guides. Depending on the action type of your project, additional fields may become available after flagging a mobility activity as long-term, and these must be completed.
