IMPORTANT NOTICES

NOTE: As of 1/2/2025, due to an internal reorganisation within the European Commission, DG NEAR is now replaced by DG MENA (Directorate-General for Middle East, North Africa, Gulf) and DG ENEST (Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood). Thus, any reference to DG NEAR in the PRAG (chapters or annexes) shall be construed as referring either to DG MENA or to DG ENEST depending on the concerned geographical area.

On 16/04/2025, the following has been amended:

1. Further precisions on:
   • Procurement: contract amendments (2.11.2.1, 2.11.2.2, a5e); estimation of contract value (2.6.1); professional conflicting interest in case of a request for specific contracts (3.5.1.2); completing time sheets (art.29.6 annex b8d); budget breakdown (b8i12, b12b); guidance on scoring (b12a, b12b); privacy statement (a13) and the minimum requirements for experts (annex b8e, section 6.1.1).
   • Grants: modifications on consumption threshold's calculations (e3h2 art. 15.1 and 15.1ter) and financial report simplifications (e3h7a, e3h7b).
2. Minor modifications in chapters:  2.6.1, 2.6.8.1, 2.10.1.1, 2.11.2, 2.11.2.2, 2.11.4, 3.2.2, 3.4.2, 3.4.3.2, 3.4.10.3, 3.4.10.5, 3.5.1.2, 3.6, 4.4, 5.5, 6.3.3, 6.5.8.4.
3. Minor corrections in annexes: a13, a2c, a5e, a5f, b12a , b12b, b17, b3, b8d, b8e, b8f, b8i2, b8l, c4d, c4j, c4p, d3, d4c, d4l, d4o, e3a, e3aP , e3h1, e3h2, e3h7a, e3h7b.
4. Business Partner Identification forms: available in FR and ES (b8j3, b8j4, b8j5, c4o2, c4o3, c4o4, d4j2, d4j3, d4j4, e3e1, e3e2, e3e3).
