This part of your application form asks for In the Activities section of the application form you are asked to provide information on the  Mobility Mobility activities you plan to organise and the amount of EU grant that you are requesting to implement them. 

You will first define all the activities (learner mobilities, staff mobilities or other activities). Each activity may contain one or more mobility flows, detailing the planned activities, including destination country, number and type of participants, duration and number of participants with fewer opportunities, etc. 

You must also provide details about the activity content and profiles of participants, learning outcomes and the evaluation process. 

Each activity must be associated with one or more of the previously defined Project Objectives.

Open "Activities" 

Click on Activities in the content Content menu. The Activities screen opens. 

The navigation tree is updated as you add activities to your project.

    • Activity Type label - this title will change to the name you give to the first activity.

For each added activity you add to your form, a new subsection with the activity name is added in the Content menu. The applicable sections and fields depend on the action type.

Add activities to the "List of activity types"

The activities you can add differ depending on the

activities to be carried out

Add the first activity

An empty row is available by default for the first mandatory activity.

A minimum of one activity must be selected, and each activity type can only be added once.

Activities are displayed as cards, which can be expanded and collapsed individually, using the dedicated down/up arrows in the upper right corner of each card or the Edit (pencil) icon (1).

In the List of activity types, the card for the first activity is already available when you open the Activities section. If necessary, additional cards can be added by clicking on the blue plus icon (+) (2) at the top of the list.

In each activity card, select the Activity type Select the Activity type from the available drop-down list. The Content Menu is updated with a subsection named after the added activity typesubsections in the Content menu are updated to reflect the selected activity types.

The remaining fields in each card will be automatically updated once detailed information and mobility flows is added in the specific subsection for each activity.

Further budget information for each activity must be provided later in the separate Budget section in the application form

Add additional activities

For each additional activity you plan to add, click on the Add an activity button at the top of the activity list and select the applicable Activity type from the available drop-down list.
Each activity type can only be added once to a project.

Once all activities have been added and details filled in, the List of activity types will provide an overview including the updated total number of participants and accompanying persons, average duration for participants and accompanying persons as well as the Total grant requested.

Click on the desired activity title in the Content Menumenu to open the details screen for that activity.

Complete all sections for an activity in due order, as some sections depend on answers provided in previous sections. Always start with the Activity type section (the section labelled as the selected activity).

Incomplete activities are marked with a red dot, completed activities are marked with a green dot in the Content menu.

Fill in the "Mobility Flow" section

You must complete at least one Mobility Flow per Activity.

In the Content Menu, click on the applicable activity title then and scroll Scroll down to the Mobility flow table section in the Activity details screen. 

Two tables are available. In each table, the row Fill in all details for the first mobility flow, as required.

In table 1:

  • Hosting organisation - select an organisation from the drop-down list, if you have defined any in the Participating Organisations section of the form.
  • Number of participants,
  • Duration (in days),
  • Number of accompanying persons,
  • Duration for accompanying persons (only if number of accompanying persons > 0)

In table 2 - Mobility flows details - fill in the following details: 

Mobility flow is already available. If required, you can add further mobility flows by clicking on the Add button in the top right corner of the first table.

For each mobility flow, fill in all details in the two tables. These include:

  • Destination Country or Sending Country - depending on selected activity type.
  • Number of participants, accompanying persons, and participants with fewer opportunities, as applicable.
  • Duration (in days) for participants and (if applicable) accompanying persons
  • Blended mobility - tick the checkbox if
  • Number of participants with fewer opportunities (0 if none)
  • Tick the Blended mobility checkbox if applicable, indicate that the mobility will take place in a blended format.
  • Tick the Sustainable means of transport (green travel) checkbox if applicable - read-only in this table; if applicable, the checkbox must be ticked in the Budget section for the relevant activity. Specific rates will apply in the grant calculation. Please see the Erasmus+ Programme Guide.
  • Number of Other types of participants, depending on the selected activity type (e.g. recent graduates, non-teaching staff (0 if none) (depending on Activity type)

Fill in the "Description" 

In the Activity details screen, scroll down to the Description section for the selected activity. 

Answer all mandatory questions for the activity.

You must also select Select which project objective(s) this activity will contribute to, by checking the relevant check boxescheckboxes. The project objectives weere were specified in the Project objectivitiesobjectives section of the application form.

Once all details have been entered for all activities, you can verify the consolidated plan by clicking on Activities in the Content menu

If all required information is provided for all Mobility flows in an activity, the activity will be marked as complete and preceded with a green line in the Activities list, activities with missing or invalid information are marked as incomplete and preceded with a red line

Key figures specified in the detail details for the various activities, as well as the Total Grant are now shown. The values are read-only in this screen, and any changes must be made by updating the relevant activities.

If all activities have been completed correctly but the Activities section is still marked as incomplete (with a red dot) in the Content menu, double-checking the activities overview may prove useful. For example, you may have requested added more total participants than allowed for a single application.

Delete an activity or flow

There must be at least one activity in your project, and at least one mobility flow for each activity. 

When deleting an activity, all data previously provided for the selected activity, as well as all related mobility flows, are also permanently removed.

To remove an already filled in activity from the list:

  1. Click on the In the List of activity types, click on the Delete icon for the activity which you want to delete. 
  2. Confirm the deletion by clicking on Delete in the pop-up confirmation window.

When deleting an activity, all entered data for the selected activity, as well as all related mobilities, are also deleted.

  1. In the Activity details screen for the selected activity, click on the Delete icon for the relevant row in the first table.
  2. Confirm the deletion by clicking on Yes in the pop-up confirmation window.

"Go to" a subsection in the project "Budget" for an activity

In a mobility flow you can jump directly to a desired subsection of the Budget by clicking on the Go to button and selecting the desired Budget element from the drop-down list.
