The TEI MORE framework is used to support the TEI monitoring, evaluation and learning practices at design, implementation and closure phase.

AAll All stakeholders involved in the design and execution of a TEI, and the Commission services involved in the annual reporting exercise on TEIs.

The TEI MORE framework defines a limited number of key indicators (impact and outcome/output level) for aggregation across TEIs (Table 1, see below). It also identifies indicators from EU and MS frameworks (annexe 6) which partially or fully matches match the ones selected for aggregation.
