Project result categories and result types

When the beneficiary uploads project results for a project in the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, for each result a category must be selected. Depending on when the first results for a project where uploaded, a result type may also have to be selected upon upload of a result. See Beneficiary Dashboard in Project Results Platform for details. 

If results for a project were uploaded before 28/Apr/2024 and not yet submitted, then, when uploading additional results, the categories and types will be available and must be selected.

Project results initially uploaded after 28/Apr/2024 are broken down into the following result categories:

  • Project summary / illustration / working document

  • Handbook / guide / tutorial / compendium

  • Learning programme / curriculum / methodology

  • E-learning module / online training / MOOC

  • Scientific results (paper, study, report, analysis)

  • Statistical results (survey, poll or other data)

  • Policy recommendation

  • Presentation

  • Press article

  • Publication (newsletter, leaflet, brochure, magazine)

  • Website, online platform

  • Mobile application

  • Video

  • Photo

  • Other

Project results initially uploaded before 28/Apr/2024 are broken down into the following result categories:

  • Feedback from participants

  • Direct effect on participants and project partners

  • Practical and reusable resources for the practitioners

  • Research material bringing forward the reflection in the sector

  • Community building tools

  • Partnerships and Cooperations

  • Dissemination material

  • Organisational and working documents

  • Others

For these categories, a result type will also be available. The result type depends on the result category. Following result types per category are available: 

  • Category: Feedback from participants
    • Polls/satisfaction surveys
  • Category: Direct effect on participants and project partners
    • Statistics, figures
    • Results of tests evaluating skills and knowledge
    • Other (beneficiary can specify – free text – 50 characters)
  • Category: Practical & reusable resources for the practitioners

    • Training programme
