This page is relevant for:

  • Erasmus+, call 2025 onward
    •  KA121-ADU - Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in adult education

Beneficiaries and consortium coordinators in KA121-ADU projects are able to import into their project, other organisations, with or without an OID, from other KA121 projects belonging to the same KA120 accreditation in Beneficiary module, using the Import Organisations from other projects functionality.

Remember:

  • If an organisation is already added as a partner in the current project, it will not be added again via import.
  • When importing organisations from other projects, the existing Organisation ID will be kept/copied.

This page explains how to use this functionality, available for KA121-ADU projects in status Project ongoing in Beneficiary module. Only associated persons with edit rights in the project can import organisations while the project is in status Project ongoing.
