The Submissions section of the 'Procurement centre' on the left side of the Funding & Tenders Portal shows the submissions of your organisation in public calls for tenders.

The submisisons are visible only to the Primary Coordinator Contact PCoCo/ Coordinator Contact (CoCo) and the LEAR / Account Administrator of the organisation making the submission (the leader organisation in case of consortium).

They can view the submissions for open procedures, step one of two-step procedures as well as the expressions of interests for planned negotiated procedures for low or middle value contracts, and perform different actions based on the status of the submission and the submission deadline.

(info) The submissions for the second step of two-step procedures, negotiated procedures and requests for specific contracts under a framework contract (FWC) can be managed by the PCoCo/CoCo, LEAR and the Account Administrator in the Invitations section of the Procurement centre on the left side of the Funding & Tenders Portal.
