The Contracting Authority has 30 calendar days for the assessment, verification and signature of the Amendment Document. Passed this delay, the Amendment Request of the Contractor expires, and the Amendment Request will be automatically cancelledsystem clock expires (red indicator). If a Request for Additional Information is sent to the Contractor, this delay is extended from the day of the request sent to the Contractor by the indicated deadline in the request. The overall 30 calendar days is reset once the Contractor submits the additional information to the Contracting Authority.

The Operational Manager will be informed on the approaching and expired deadlines, so make sure that the tasks are processed in a timely manner.
