What is MT+ Data Export?

MT+ Data Export allows Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Beneficiary Organisations to access and export their project information that were created in Mobility Tool+ for the programmes: - Erasmus+ 2014 to 2020 and ESC 2018 to 2020. National Agencies also use MT+ Data Export to manage NA user contacts and bulk export project information.

Contacts from Beneficiary Organizations with edit access, National Agency users, and EAC administrators can access project and activity data. They can download project and activity data in csv format.

For each of the options available under the Export sub-menu a Start Export button is available on the right side of the screen.

When the export process starts a new line appears in the content panel recording the Creation Date and the Status of the request for data export.

Here below is an example of a project for action type KA containing mobilities:

When exporting mobilities, see MT+ Data Export Data Dictionary for information to read the values in the exported file.

How to manage project contacts

Only contacts from Beneficiary Organisations with edit access to the project can create additional contacts or update existing contacts for the participating organisations. Edit access can be given to other contacts of the coordinating or beneficiary organisation. View access to the project can also be given for KA2 projects. Edit access is required in order to export data from the project and to manage contacts.

Access can also be removed in the cases where it is no longer necessary.

See How to manage projects contacts in MT+ Data Export for more details.
