If you require help or if you have a technical issue while using the portal, please always refer first to the support page of the portal: click on on Guidance & documents from the menu bar, then choose the Helpdesk & support, delete the pre-selected Funding Type optionand, after that, click on the  Procurement  option option to view the information concerning support for tenders.

Besides viewing the popular support topics, you will find there find there 3 types of help: documentation resources (under Guidance & Documents), FAQs, Support videos and intervention from the Helpdesk & Support . Click on the relevant button.

When you click on the  the IT Helpdesk button, you will be asked to  fill in a contact form.
