The Project objectives section of the application form is used to clarify the objectives your organisation wishes to achieve by implementing mobility activities in accordance with the key action you are applying for. 

The field of the application is stated in the section Context. It can be adult education, vocational education and training, or school education.

Our example below shows how to complete the Project objectives section using a Short-term projects for mobility of learners and staff in school education (KA122-SCH) application form

Note

The number of objectives you want to specify for the selected project depends on your organisation's needs and expectations. A minimum of one objective must be specified. 

The maximum number of objectives for the selected type is limited.

Open "Project objectives" 

Click on Project objectives  in the Content menu. The Project objectives screen opens.

Fill in most important needs and challenges in your organisation

The first information to provide is regarding the most important needs and challenges your company is currently facing and how your organisation can be improved to benefit its learners.

A free text field is available at the top of the screen. Please illustrate your answers with concrete examples.

Define and describe the project objectives

You must define at least one project objective. The fields to fill in are available for Objective 1 by default.

Fill in the available fields for Objective 1:

  • Title 
  • Explanation 
  • Measuring Success

Add additional objectives

To add additional objectives, click the Add objective button in the lower right corner.

A new, empty section, named Objective 2, is added to the list. Complete it as described for Objective 1.

Delete an objective

Once you have added more than one objective, you are able to delete an objective by clicking the red X next to the Objective number.

You cannot delete the last objective, as a minimum of 1 objective must be specified. No confirmation of the deletion is required. The selected objective is deleted directly when clicking on the red X.

Select up to 3 topics you will work on

You have to provide the topics you will work on in your project. A drop-down list is available to select a maximum of three topics relevant for your project. 

Select the topics from the drop-down list. When a topic is selected, it will be shown above the selection box. To remove a topic, click the X next to the topic name. You can scroll down in the drop-down list to see all available topics.

It is also possible to type parts of a topic name/a keyword in the Search field that opens upon accessing the drop-down list. Any topics that match the entered (part of a) term will display and can be selected.

Once you have correctly completed all sections and subsections, the section is marked with a green check.
