If a deliverable is to be approved by the Contracting Authority, and is subject to a request for modifications by the Contractor, the Contracting Authority must indicate the period allowed for the modifications requested.

If the Final Progress Report is not approved (where applicable), the dispute settlement procedure is automatically invoked.If the Contract is performed in phases, the implementation of each phase will be subject to an interim deliverable submission and subsequent approval by the Contracting Authority of the preceding phase, except for where the phases are carried out concurrently.
