Log into theEU Funding & Tenders Portal to have access to your personalized area. Once logged in, you will be able to perform a number of actions within the portal.

Login provides a single sign-on to a large number of information systems available on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal (including eSubmission and eContracting systems used by the contracting authorities in EU Institutions, Agencies and Bodies).

To use the functions available on Manage my area, you must have an EU Login account:

You must log into the EU Funding & Tenders Portal with your EU Login to have access to your personalized area of the Portal:

• Use your existing EU login if you already have one.
• Create If you already have an EU Login account , you must use that one.To create an EU Login account, click on the Register an EU login account button on the page, after selecting How to participate from the Guidance & documents tab of the main portal menu; all you need is your name and work eif you don't have one yet (follow the steps described here).
• Use the automatically created EU login account if F&T Portal has created one for you already (follow the steps described here)mail address.

EU Login is the new name for the previously used ECAS account (European Commission Authentication System); old ECAS accounts continue to work, there is no need to create new onescan still be used.

Click on the Sign in button located at the top right of your screen:

It will redirect you to the EU Login page. Sign in with your credentials:

Once the sign in is completed, you will be redirected to the left side navigation menu with your personalized area .

Depending on your role (permissions), you will be able to access the data of your organisation, or data related to a specific public procurement procedure or to a procedure leading to a specific contract.

If you have forgotten your password, you can access your account by requesting a new password:

• Navigate using your browser to My Account
• Enter your email address if you are not currently authenticated and click on "Next"
• Click on "Lost your password?"
• Click on "Get a password"
• You will receive a link by email, note that the link has a limited validity.
• After clicking on the link, you will be prompted for your new EU Login password and to confirm it
• Click on "Submit"

If you do not have an EU Login yet, you can create an account by using this link or clicking on "Create an account" of the F&T Portal Sign in screen.

Click on the Register an EU login account button on the page, after selecting How to participate from the Guidance & documents tab of the main portal menu:

Once your account is created and the sign in is completed, you will be redirected to your personalized area in the left side navigation menu.

EU Login is the European Commission user authentication service. It allows authorised users to access a wide range of Commission web services, using a single email address and password. The 2-factor authentication provides an extra level of security to your transactions, by registering a mobile device in the system.
