Rejection of password-protected  PDF files


Password-protected PDF files will be rejected

Password-protected PDF files must not be used as they will be automatically rejected by the system.

This restriction applies to all PDF files requiring passwords for viewing, editing, or printing, regardless of the protection type.

While error messages like the one below may not always display depending on the module, these files will ultimately be rejected during processing.

Ensure all PDF files are password-free before upload to prevent processing failures.
