UDB will have two types of codes for raw materials & intermediate products
- Product codes (for currently used products by Voluntary schemes, Certification bodies & national schemes). If there are product codes that are incomplete, Voluntary schemes & National schemes can request inclusions of such product names to the below list
- Annex IX categories for Part A & B; Non-Annex IX code for all materials not listed in Annex IX. It is the responsibility of Certification bodies to certify appropriate classification of the products to this category for each material in the certificate (of an economic Operator)refined oil
An Economic Operator when reporting a trade transactions shall provide both the Product code and the Annex IX code to the UDB.
