eDelivery - Promotion to Production

To be promoted from Acceptance to Production there are series of steps to be followed

1. Technical Readiness:
   1. UDB Excpects that the Access Provider / Service provider can provide the proof of testing of atleast 80% of the mandatory services.
   2. The Excel sheet Service_Reading_Company.xlsx which has to be filled and send to UDB Mailbox EC-UNION-DB@ec.europa.eu
2. Voluntary Scheme Recognition:
   1. An email confirming that the Voluntary scheme has nominated the Access Point / Service provide need to be sent to UDB Mailbox EC-UNION-DB@ec.europa.eu
   2. DG ENER shall approve the onboarding into UDB live environment.
3. Connectivity Readiness
   1. Post Step1 above the Access Provider / Service provider need to request for Production onboarding. The url for Production should be different from Acceptance
   2. A new Party ID will be assigned to every Access Provider / Service provider unique for Production
   3. The complete onboarding process of Acceptance needs to be repeated for Production
4. Enable Party ID at UDB
   1. UDB will then enable the incoming traffic from the Party Id.
