Ask the Commission's case team for clarification
To send a clarification request, click on the
button above the concerned question. The question is highlighted in a blue border and a panel opens on your right hand side. Type your clarification request and click on Status colour Blue title ask for clarification

Your message is posted mentioning your name and the posting time to facilitate your work with any collaborators. The number of clarification messages for that question increases.
A member of the Commission's case team will respond to your message as soon as possible and you will be notified by email. If you are working in eRFI, you will also receive a notification.
When you finish, close the clarifications panel to have a full view of your questionnaire by clicking on
