Integration of existing MS databases (for the purpose of avoiding double reporting for an Economic Operator) with UDB is on voluntary basis & subjecting the MS database meeting the data requirements as specified by the UDB. EC DG Ener welcomes & has pro-actively requested the Member states to engage with IT teams & take the next steps.
