Welcome

The Targets tab in KA121-ADU, SCH or VET projects provides an overview of the indicative target participants, as defined in the grant agreement as well as the implemented numbers.

This page explains the information available on the Targets screen, using a KA121-ADU project as an example. All the information for the Targets in your project is read-only. The implemented target results will only be available in the project if the relevant mobility activities have been added to your project. See Add mobility activities to projects and Mobility activities in KA121 and KA122 projects for more details.

This page is relevant for:

  • Erasmus+, call year 2021 onward
    • KA121-ADU - Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in adult education
    • KA121-SCH - Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in school education
    • KA121-VET - Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in vocational education and training

Steps

1. Select the "Targets" tab from "Mobility activities"

Targets are accessible in a separate tab when accessing Mobility activities via the Content menu in your project. It is from here that you can view and compare the targets per activity type, and view the total values within your project.

For projects from call 2023 onward, the section opens with an introductory text, outlining certain rules on how to read and understand the values presented in the table(s) available in this screen.

2. View the information

Depending on the call year of the project, one table (call 2024), or two tables (calls 2021 to 2023) are displayed on the Targets screen.

2.1. Call 2021 to 2023 projects

The tables displayed under Targets present the target participants for the project delivery, as values in the Indicative targets or Indicative planning columns, as defined in your grant agreement, versus the achieved, Implemented, targets in the project. Implemented targets are calculated based on the information provided for all completed mobility activities and related preparatory visits, if applicable, in your project. The Implemented targets information will display the calculated value and the percentage (%) of the target achieved.

In the first table, the following information is available:

  1. Activity Type - the types of activities aimed at the participants, as per the signed grant agreement.
  2. Number of participants - the total number of participants, excluding accompanying persons
  3. Total duration (in days) - the total duration, in days, of the mobility activities for the participants.
  4. Number of accompanying persons - the number of persons accompanying the participants.
  5. Total duration (in days) for accompanying persons - the total duration, in days, of the mobility activities for the persons accompanying the participants.
  6. Number of persons in preparatory visits - the number of persons sent for the preparatory visits.
  7. Total - the calculated total values, per each column.

In call 2023 projects, the indicative values will also display a target range, containing the minimum and maximum values.

In the second table, the following information is available:

    1. Activity Type - the types of activities aimed at the participants, as per the signed grant agreement.
    2. Number of participants with fewer opportunities - the number of participants with fewer opportunities, targeted by the mobility activities.
    3. Number of participants in blended activities - the number of participants taking part in blended mobility activities.
    4. Number of persons using sustainable means of transport (green travel) - the number of participants using less polluting (green) means of transport.
    5. Total - the calculated total values, per each column.

In KA121-VET projects, the Number of participants in international activities will also be displayed in this table.

Click on the tabs below, to view examples of the second table in the Targets screen, for call years 2022 and 2023.

      2.2. Call 2024 projects

The table displayed under Targets displays the target number of participants for project delivery:

      • the number of participants as Indicative target or Indicative planning, as defined in your grant agreement
      • the number of participants reached, as Implemented; the implemented values are calculated based on the information provided for all completed mobility activities and related preparatory visits, if applicable, in your project.

The following information is available in the table:

      1. Activity Type - the types of activities aimed at the participants, as per the signed grant agreement.
      2. Number of participants - the indicative target and implemented number of participants, excluding accompanying persons.
      3. Total duration (in days) - the indicative target and implemented duration, in days, of the mobility activities for the participants.
      4. Number of participants with fewer opportunities - the indicative planning  and implemented number of participants with fewer opportunities, targeted by the mobility activities.
      5. Number of participants in blended activities - the indicative planning  and implemented  number of participants taking part in blended mobility activities.
      6. Number of persons using 'green' travel options - the indicative planning  and implemented  number of participants using less polluting (green) means of transport.
      7. Total - the calculated total values, per each column.

The indicative values will display as a target range, displaying the minimum and maximum values, calculated as per the grant agreement.

In this example, four Activity types are available. For one of them, the Implemented target information is available in the table, while for the other three, no implemented target information is yet available.
