2. Add Partnership Regions

For the first region you wish to add, scroll down to the available empty card and select the applicable region from the Region drop-down list.

For subsequent regions, click the Add region button at the bottom of the table. A new empty card is created for each additional region. Then select the desired region from the Region drop-down list.

The Content menu is updated and displays a new subsection for the selected region: Details for cooperation with (name of the region). The subsection is preceded by a red dot as long as there is missing mandatory information.

Information about number of organisations, selected countries and total grant (EUR) for the region will be available here when details are added.

A region card is shown for each region. If a valid organisation and email has been added, the card will now be preceded by a green line, whereas incomplete regions are marked with a red line. This is also visible in the Content menu.

After you have added the organisations to each region as described above, you will also see a List of selected countries and the Number of organisations in each card.

You may later return to this section after you have added the planned activities for each region to verify the calculated Total grant per region.
