This page presents a list with all the messages which can appear in Data Browser, following the user’s input.
There are four types of messages:
Success message: the user triggered an operation which was successful; the message is displayed on a green background.
Informational message: the visualisation is consistent with the user’s selection, but the user must be aware of special messages; the message is displayed on a blue background.
Warning message: there may be some issues with the currently selected settings, or the visualisation was automatically changed in response to the user’s action; the message is displayed on an orange background.
Error message: the user’s selection is wrong, which completely prevents the Data Browser to render the selected visualisation; the message is displayed on a red background.
Each of these messages is displayed in a snackbar, at the top of the window.
1. Each message is presented only once in the snackbar, even if the message is triggered several times by the user’s actions.
2. The visualisation is disabled in case of error message.
3. The message can be closed by clicking on "X" at the top right corner. This applies only to warning, informational and success messages.
