Subscription to the call for tenders in Funding and Tenders Portal allows interested economic operators to receive e-mail notifications when new information or documents are published. Subscription is free of charge and does not involve any commitment to submit a tender.

Economic operators can subscribe to a planned call for tenders (linked to a Prior Information Notice - PIN) or to a call for tenders (linked to a contract notice). Economic operators subscribed to a planned call for tenders are notified when the contract notice is published and automatically subscribed to the call for tenders linked to the contract notice.

Economic operators subscribed to the (planned) call for tenders will receive an automatic notification from the system :

  • when call data is changed, a new document (version), including contract change notice, is published,
  • when Q&A or announcement is published.

The subscriptions can be accessed under the section “My subscriptions” of the left side navigation menu in the Funding and Tenders Portal of the logged user (to log on to the Portal, use the Sign in button in the top right-hand corner of any Portal page and enter your EU Login and password).



How to subscribe/unsubscribe to a (planned) call for tenders

Login with your EU Login.

Click on the button 'Subscribe to call for tenders details'. 

Once you have subscribed to the (planned) call for tenders, you will receive acknowledgement of subscription.

To unsubscribe, click on the button 'Unsubscribe from the call for tenders details' under the Manage subscription section. 

You will receive confirmation from the system.

If you have subscribed for a call for tenders but do not want to receive automatic notifications from the system when new information or documents are published by the contracting authority, you can click on the button 'Disable notifications' under the Manage subscription section.
