About ULEV

This wiki is the fundamental output of the Development of a European label for Ultra Low Emissions Vehicles (ULEV) project, funded by the European Comission under the 07027749/2020/827350/SER/ENV.C.3 action.

The main purpose of the ULEV was to set up a dedicated, freely accessible, and advertisement-free public space that aggregates publicly available knowledge on real-world emissions of light-duty vehicles, as well as information of specific vehicles that are currently on sale in the European market and are compliant with the latest steps of the Euro 6 norm.

The final aim of this tool is to provide end users with relevant insights about the environmental impact of light duty vehicles so they can consider this factor before purchasing a new one and during their everyday use. This tool includes a search-friendly repository of vehicles evaluated by the existing vehicle classifications schemes currently on Europe which provide real-world emissions performance of vehicles. This tool allow to search, compare and visualize aggregated emissions information from light-duty vehicles available for sale in EU

This wiki space is maintained by the European Commission with the cooperation of the classification entities that develop the represented index. :
