Welcome
In Final report assessments for KA220, the evaluation score for each Work package contributes to the overall project score. Assessment module calculates this automatically as the weighted average of individual scores and budget shares, rounded up to the nearest integer. For example, considering four Work Packages (WP) to be assessed, the calculation formula applied is: ((Score WP2 x Budget share WP2) + (Score WP3 x Budget share WP3) + (Score WP4 x Budget share WP4)) / (100 – Budget share WP1) A tooltip Here are two specific examples. Example 1 - Threshold not reached In this example, our formula is as follows: ((Score WP 2 21 x Budget share WP2 14) + (Score WP3 22 x Budget share WP3 32) + (Score WP4 16 x Budget share WP4 25) + (Score WP5 20 x Budget share WP5 11)) / (100 – Budget share WP1 19) Example 2 - Threshold reached In this example, we see that the total of the Budget Share (%) does not equal 100%, but is 101%. A tooltip ((Score WP2 x Budget share WP2) + (Score WP3 x Budget share WP3) + (Score WP4 x Budget share WP4)) / (101 – Budget share WP1) In our example, this translates to: ((Score WP 2 80 x Budget share WP2 25) + (Score WP3 80 x Budget share WP3 25) + (Score WP4 80 x Budget share WP4 43)) / (101 – Budget share WP1 8) is available in the Scoring row in the header of the assessment, explaining these calculations.
is available for the Budget share (%), explaining why this can occur. As a result, our baseline calculation formula is slightly different:
