• Introduction to the workshop
• Purpose and outputs of the OLI-VITI GIS; overview of the Regulation 
• Methodology for the implementation of the GIS : general issues and  peculiarities per country
• Orthophotos Quality issue
• Overview of the progress status in the 5 Member States
• Presentation of the Greek specifications and methodology variants per contractor
• Open discussion on critical points and problems encountered so far in Greece

Afternoon session: exchange of experience with experts from other Member States

• Presentation of the Portuguese SIGOL project: a successful experience in a context similar to Greece
• Presentation of the Italian project
• Focus on Theme 1: photo-interpretation and olive trees counting issues in the Spanish OLI-GIS
• Focus on Theme 2: Technical tolerances and discordances
• Focus on Theme 3 : rapid field visits: objectives, field documents and field reports in the Portuguese OLI-GIS
• Debate, open discussion

Morning session: organization,  project management  and Quality Control issues

• Basic principles of project management and Quality Control to be set up     by the administration
• Presentation of the project status in Greece and available progress reports
• Starting the definition of management, project documentation and      Quality Control procedures in Greece
