Session 2: Preparation of 2004 campaign

• SAPS or full scheme? National top-ups included?
• State of IACS GIS and LPIS, farmer declaration
• Control Strategy (site selection, method, RFV)
• Selection of contractors / involvement of regional administrations, etc

Session 3:  Specific technical issues

• SAPs (Single Area payment Scheme) - Legal Basis, Elements and modalities of SAPs controls, Declarative elements/ GAEC, etc
• Data Provision to contractor (LPIS, declaration, rules, etc) and declaration entry
• Administrative Follow up of the contractors, quality control 
• Follow up of CwRS diagnosis (management of rejected and incomplete dossiers)
