During the project lifecycle, the project status will change several times. The status is always displayed in the Project Status column of the project list and as a coloured badge in the header of the project details in Beneficiary module.

A project can have any of the below statuses during the project lifecycle, for example:

  • Project Ongoing - this status is displayed when the project becomes available in Beneficiary module for as long as the beneficiaries fill in the project data and until the final beneficiary report is submitted. A project will return to this status if a submitted Final beneficiary report has been rejected by the National Agency.
  • Final report - awaiting submission - when Final report is ready for submission.
  • Submitted - this status is displayed once the final beneficiary report is successfully submitted to the National Agency. The project is locked for the beneficiary users.
  • NA validation - processing - this status is displayed when the final beneficiary report was accepted by the NA. The project is locked for the beneficiary users.
  • NA validated - this status is displayed once the final report and project data have been validated by the National Agency. The project is locked for the beneficiary users.
  • Finalised - this status is displayed when the project has been finalised. The project is locked for the beneficiary users.
  • Terminated with eligible costs - this status is displayed when the project has been terminated with eligible costs. The project is locked for the beneficiary users.
  • Terminated no grant - this status is displayed when the project has been terminated without cost. The project is locked for the beneficiary users.
