Pseudonymisation is a reversible process of removing personal identifiers such as name, email and other attributes considered personal data. Anonymisation is a non-reversible process of removing personal data. In Mobility Tool+ both processes can be applied, depending on the situation.

In Mobility Tool+ the following personal information can be hidden (pseudonymisation) or removed (anonymisation) under specific conditions:

  • Contacts (list, detail, log) - if the project is finalised and those contacts have no access to the project, all contact data is no longer available to users from National Agencies, DG EAC and Beneficiary users who have access to the project.
  • Participants (list, detail, data export, log) - if the project is finalised, all participant details are no longer available to all persons who can view the project: National Agency users, DG EAC users and Beneficiary users who have access to the project.
  • on request from a data subject, the personal data can be removed; this usually applies to a single participant or contact person in a project; these requests have to be justified and must be free of any restrictions (i.e. applicability of Financial Regulation rules, see the privacy statement for more information); this process is not reversible

In case of audit or needs from the beneficiary, National Agency or DG EAC, this process can be reversed but only on request. Please contact your National Agency if required.
