This guidance applies only to specific contracts in the advanced eContracting solution (read more here).

To start a new request for specific contract in the advanced eContracting solution, an Operational Initiating Agent (OIA) or Financial Initiating Agent (FIA) needs first to create a planned contract in MyWorkplace. The request can be initiated only from a planned contract.

To create the planned contract, the OIA/FIA needs to search, identify, and select the appropriate Implementation Plan in the Portfolio in MyWorkplace.

In the Funding and Tenders portal you can bookmark pages related to call for tenders, by clicking on the Procurement tab from the navigation menu and then choosing the option Calls for tenders. This functionality offers the possibility to keep these pages in their separate saved place and then go back to them afterwards. In case of bookmarks, you will received no notifications when the call for tenders is updated.

You are brought to the Calls for tenders page where you can search or choose a public call for tenders.

To bookmark the selected page, you must first authenticate yourself by clicking the Sign in button of the Funding & Tenders Portal in the top right-hand corner of any Portal page (with EU Login and password).

Then the user clicks the Bookmark button.

Once the bookmarks have been saved, you can:

To view the bookmarks, take the following steps:

1.	Authenticate yourself by clicking the Sign in button of the Funding & Tenders Portal in the top right-hand corner of any Portal page (with EU Login and password).
2.	Click on Bookmarks within the Content centre section under My area from the left hand navigation menu.
3.	Under the Calls for tenders tab, all the bookmarks are listed.

Delete bookmarks

To delete a bookmark, take the following steps:

1.	Authenticate yourself by clicking the Sign in button of the Funding & Tenders Portal in the top right-hand corner of any Portal page (with EU Login and password).
2.	Click on Bookmarks within the Content centre section under My area from the left hand navigation menu.
3.	Under the Calls for tenders tab, all the bookmarks are listed.
4.	Click the 3 dots next to the bookmark and selects the Delete option.
