This section only will become visible if:

• the selected Activity type is Courses and training
• the person involved in the mobility is either a Participant or an Accompanying person

If you wish to apply for a grant for course fees, type in the number of days in the Course fees - number of days field. The amount in the Course fees grant field will be calculated automatically, based on the unit cost per day and the specified number of days. Additionally, fill in the Course title field.

In a given project, if the total course fees for all participants with the same email address as the current participant (including the current participant) are higher than 10 times the Course fees - unit cost per day, then a warning message will be displayed under the field.

If the teacher has selected a course from the European School Education Platform:

• select This is a course from the course catalogue in the European School Education Platform
• fill in the Course ID

• fill in the Course title

  Please note that the integration with the European School Education Platform is not yet finalised. In the future, the Course title and Course provider name in European School Education Platform will be automatically filled in, based on the Course ID.

Should you decide that you do not require a grant for course fees, select Course fees - grant not requested. The Course fees grant field will be set to 0 EUR.
