This page explains the third of these steps, the submission of the consolidated version of the assessment by the expert assigned as consolidator to the National Agency.

The consolidation submission can be done automatic or manual, depending on the submission option selected by the consolidator when sending the consolidation for expert approval as part of the consolidation assignment. See How to complete a consolidation assignment for details.

The consolidation will be automatically submitted if, upon sending the consolidation for expert approval, the consolidator selected Yes for "Select option ‘Yes’ when the consolidated version can be automatically submitted to the National Agency once the expert(s) involved in the consolidation provide their approval. The project will then be automatically progressed to 'Final Assessment Validation ongoing' or ‘Editing ongoing’". The consolidator will in this case not have to manually submit the consolidation to the NA after expert approval.

If No was selected, the consolidation must be submitted by the consolidator, as explained on this page.

Prerequisites

  • The other expert(s) selected by the NA to participate in the consolidation process approved the consolidation
