In the Project Details section of the application form you are asked to provide further details on your project and the main activities of your project, including the amount of EU grant that you are requesting.
Take note
The number of activities you want to specify for the selected project depends on your organisation needs and expectations. A minimum of one activity must be added. The maximum number of activities for the selected type of project may be limited.

Questions or fields may vary depending on the action you apply for. Please read the onscreen information carefully to complete the relevant fields and sections.
Click on Project Details in the Content menu. The Project Details screen opens. Initially, a table with one empty row is displayed on screen.
For each activity you add, a subsection will be listed in the Content menu.
You may have to use the scroll bar at the bottom of tables or the browser window to access all available information on the screen. To gain additional space on your screen you can also close the Content menu using the arrow icon < or work in Full screen mode. See How to complete the application form for details.
Information
The number of activities you want to specify for the selected project depends on your organisation's needs and expectations. At least one activity must be added to your application.
From Project Details, complete the available empty row (ID A1) and provide the:
The calculated total grant (EUR) (EUR) for this activity is then displayed.
The Content menu will update and display the activity and the given activity title in brackets. The subsection is, at this point, marked with a red dot, indicating mandatory information is missing.
If you plan more than one activity in your project, click on the Add an activity button.
Complete the details for each added activity as described above.
The Content menu will display all activities and the given activity titles in brackets.
Access the activity subsection for an activity from the Content menu, alternatively click the specific green pen icon in the activity list.
The budget subsections for the selected activity are opened.
You may have to use the scroll bar at the side of the tables or browser window to scroll down to see additional fields or subsections.
To gain additional space on your screen you can also close the Content menu using the arrow icon < or work in Full screen mode.

Each subsection is described below.
At the top of the details section the Budget summary for the selected activity is displayed and is read only.
Initially it displays the calculated budget based on the general information provided for the activity. This will update dynamically as further details are added in the following subsections.
Specify the cost per participant for a travel pass.
If you have participants arriving from other locations, select Yes to the question Travel costs for remote travelers and complete the section below.
This subsection is only available if you have answered Yes to the question Travel costs for remote travelers.
For each person / group that requires remote travelling, complete the details here:
The grant per participant and total travel cost for the persons requiring remote travel costs is calculated.
If you have other participants arriving from another location you may add additional details by clicking Add Travel cost.
You may remove a travel cost request by clicking the red X to the right of the travel cost details.
If any participants require coverage of expensive travel costs, this can be specified in this subsection.
To do so, click the Add expensive travel cost button and complete the details.
You must specify:
The Organisational support budget information is automatically updated when the number of participants with fewer opportunities are added to the activity. The figures cannot be changed here, but number of participants with fewer opportunities can be modified in the activity section, as described above.
The Individual support budget information is automatically updated when number of participants are added/updated for the activity.
The number of participants requiring individual support defaults to all participants, but can be changed here.
To request inclusion support for the organisation, click Add inclusion support for organisation.
A fixed amount for Inclusion support for the organisation is then automatically calculated.
To request inclusion support for the organisation click Add inclusion support.
Provide number of participants, amount per participants and justification.
To request, click Add Visa and visa related costs.
Provide number of applicable participants, eligible costs and justification.
To request, click Add Reservation costs.
Provide number of applicable participants, eligible costs and justification.
The Budget summary displays the calculated grant of all budget items of the activity. It is automatically updated with the details provided in the individual flows of the activity.
In the Content menu, all sections for the Activity are marked as complete, when all mandatory information has been correctly entered.
To update the title of an activity or number of participants, access the Project Details section and make the changes in the table as required.
Take note
Changes to an activity may result in previously completed subsections of the same activity being marked as incomplete. In such case, you must check the marked subsection and update it accordingly.
To update the budget details for an activity, select the activity in the content menu and update the relevant section(s) as described in Activity Details.
To delete an activity from the list, access the Project Details screen in the Content Menu.
Click on the Delete (X) button for the activity to remove. Confirm the deletion by clicking on YES in the pop up window.
Deleting an activity will remove all entered data for the selected activity in all subsections. If you remove an activity that was linked to a Preparatory Visit, the Preparatory Visit activity will be marked with a red X. You will have to update or, if no longer needed, delete this activity accordingly.
