The purpose of this section is to assess your organisation’s capacity to meet the programme standards in terms of practical arrangements and support offered to volunteers before, during and/or after the activities. The programme standards can be found in the Quality Label section of the Programme Guide and it is important you are familiar with them before you submit your answers.

Prerequisites

  • Context section with valid Organisation ID and About your Organisation section must have been completed
  • You have applied for either the Hosting Role or the Supporting Role in the Context section



Steps


1. Open Quality and Support Measures

This section is only applicable if you apply for either host or supporting role or both in the Context section.
If you do not apply for either of these roles, no further action is possible and the section is marked as completed. 

Click on Quality and support measures in the Content menu. The Quality and support measures screen opens.

2. Provide clarification to each question

Please make sure to read the questions carefully and address all sub-questions. Please provide answers relevant to each type of activity that you selected, e.g if you are planning to implement volunteering teams or individual volunteering, please provide answers that cover both types of activity. If you are applying as a support organisation and you intend to coordinate but not send or host volunteers, please specify this in the relevant fields.

2.1. Experience in Inclusion

In the Inclusion subsection you must specify if you have experience and/or expertise in working with young people with fewer opportunities.

If you answer Yes to this, further clarification is required and a number of questions are displayed.

  • whether you supply a physical environment suitable for young people with physical, sensory or other disabilities (such as wheelchair access and similar)
  • whether you plan additional support measures

If you answer yes to any of these questions, further clarification is required.
