In the Erasmus Plan: Management section of the application form you should explain how you plan to set up the management of Key Action 1 mobility activities within your organisation to make sure their implementation is successful.
Our example below shows how to complete the Erasmus Plan: Management section using a Erasmus Accreditation for mobility of learners and staff in adult education (KA120-ADU) application form.

Prerequisites
- Context and Participating Organisations section in the application form has to be complete
Steps
1. Access "Erasmus Plan: Management"
Click on Erasmus Plan: Management in the content menu. The Erasmus Plan: Management screen opens.
Read the introduction at the top of the page.
2. Fill in the Management section
The selected application has the following subsections, each containing a number of questions that must be addressed.
- Quality Standards Part I: Basic principles
- Quality Standards Part II: Good management of mobility activities
- Quality Standards Part III: Providing quality and support to the participants
- Quality Standards Part IV: Sharing results and knowledge about the programme
Complete all fields describing your planned working procedures and methodology for the concerned project(s).

The number and contents of subsections and the included questions may vary depending on your type of application and whether you apply as a consortium or an individual organisation.
