This page explains how to complete the Partnership and cooperation arrangements section in Application Forms for KA220 projects.

You must have successfully completed the following sections of your application form:

  • Context
  • Participating Organisations
  • Relevance of the project



1. Access "Partnership and cooperation arrangements"

Click on Partnership and cooperation arrangements in the Content menu. The Partnership and cooperation arrangements main window opens.

Accessing Partnership and cooperation arrangements

You are presented with two subsections, that need be completed:

  • Partnership composition
  • Cooperation arrangements


2. Under "Partnership composition", select "Newcomer" status for each organisation

The Partnership composition subsection lists the details (Organisation ID, Legal Name...) for all the Participating Organisations that compose the partnership for the project. 

The Partnership composition section content is based on the selections made in the Participating Organisations section of the Content menu and are specific to the project.

All details in this section, except the field Newcomer, are read-only.

A Newcomer is an organisation or institution that has not previously received support in a given type of action supported by this Programme or its predecessor programme either as a coordinator or a partner.

From the drop-down list, select whether each organisation has Newcomer status. 

Select the Newcomer status for each organisation

3. Complete "Cooperation arrangements" 

Provide the required text details in every field of the Cooperation arrangements subsection to complete it.

Complete Cooperation arrangements

This section is now complete.

Expected Outcome

  • Partnership and cooperation arrangements section is marked complete
