This page explains how to complete the Relevance of the project section in Application Forms for KA220 projects.


Questions or fields may vary depending on the action you apply for. Please read the onscreen information carefully to complete the relevant fields and sections.

  • You must have completed the sections Context and Participating Organisations in your application form.



1. Access "Relevance of the project"

Click on Relevance of the project in the Content menu. The Relevance of the project main window opens.

The Relevance of the project main window is composed of 3 subsections that need be completed:

  • Priorities and Topics
  • Project description
  • Needs analysis

2. Complete the "Priorities and Topics" subsection

This subsection is composed of 4 fields, 3 of which are mandatory.

2.1. Select the most relevant priority

You must first select one priority from the drop-down list labelled Please select the most relevant priority according to the objectives of your project.

The options available in the drop-down list are sector specific priorities that depend on the selected field of opportunities. We have chosen to display here a KA220-ADU - Cooperation partnerships in adult education application.

2.2.  Select additional priorities

You may optionally indicate up to 2 additional priorities, chosen from the additional priorities drop-down list

Each selected additional priority is displayed in a blue tab, above the drop-down list.

When the maximum of 2 additional priorities have been added you cannot add further priorities.

2.2.1. Deleting an additional priority

To delete a priority, simply click the x icon, next to its label, in the blue tab.

2.3.  Complete the remaining fields

Complete this subsection by providing the requested details in the remaining fields.

  • How does the project address the selected priorities ?: fill in the appropriate text information.

  • Select up to 3 topics addressed by your project: this drop-down list behaves like the fields above.
  • Selected options are displayed in a blue tab;
  • When the maximum number of options (3) is reached, the drop-down list disappears;
  • Selected options may be deleted by clicking on their associated cross icon

3. Complete the "Project description" subsection
