Objective
As defined, EU branded harmonised websites host general information about the EU in a specific area and/or for a targeted audience.
Rules
The EU branded harmonised websites use the components of the Europa Components Library (ECL) as this template shows:

For EU branded harmonised websites, the Global Banner, the site header, the page header and the corporate footer are mandatory components. There could also be an optional customised footer. Inside each of these components, there are elements that are mandatory or optional as described in the table below:

The footer should be on every page. It contains the corporate footer and customised footer.
