The Budget Summary section of the application form displays an overview of the budget per activity. All information is read-only.

Our example shows the Budget Summary for a  KA210-ADU - Small-scale partnerships in adult education application form. 


Questions or fields may vary depending on the action you apply for. Please read the onscreen information carefully to complete the relevant fields and sections.

This page is relevant for:

  • Erasmus+ Call year 2022
    • KA210-YOU - Small-scale partnerships in youth

    • KA210-ADU - Small-scale partnerships in adult education

    • KA210-SCH - Small-scale partnerships in school education

    • KA210-VET - Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training


  • You must have at least completed the sections Context, Participating Organisations and Activities in your application form



1. Access "Budget Summary" 

Click on Budget Summary in the Content menu. The Budget Summary main screen opens. 

Based on the activities specified in the Activities section, an overview of the costs per activity and the Total are displayed in the Budget Summary

The Project Lump sum as specified in the Context section is also displayed.

The costs are also visible in the Activities section.

2. Estimated costs not summing up to "Project Lump sum"

The Budget Summary and the Activities are not marked as valid if the sum of costs for all activities does not match the Project Lump sum as specified in the Context screen.
