The The Project Design section of the application form asks about how your organisation will prepare and support participants before, during and after the activity, how your organisation will ensure qualitative learning and what is your organisation’s approach to the Programme’s priorities (inclusion and green).

Our example below shows how to complete the Project Design section using a a KA154-YOU - Youth participation activities application form.

Access "Project Design" 

Click on Project Design in the Content menu. The Project Design screen opens.

Fill in the fields

The Project Design section contains a number of subsections. 

The subsections for KA152, KA153 and KA154 are:

  • Non-formal learning - not available for KA152 - Mobility of young people application forms
  • Preparation, support and follow-up
  • Recognition of learning outcomes
  • Participant with fewer opportunities
  • Environmental friendly practices

For KA155-YOU the following subsections are available: 

  • Preparation, support and follow-up
  • Learning outcomes and their recognition
  • Environmental friendly practices
  • Project management
  • Evaluation
  • Dissemination of project results

Fill in the available fields in all sections. Some fields require you to choose an answer from a drop-down list and may result in additional fields becoming available for completion.
